Since (most) humans do not currently have thick enough skin to grab pans straight from the oven we need something to protect our hands. We prefer our potholders, and we think you will too. These can be given as gifts (maybe with our embroidered kitchen towels?) or added to your current collection. After all, there’s really no such thing as too many potholders.
